ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Global Head of Sales, you’ll develop and execute a winning sales strategy to increase revenue and grow market presence. You’ll lead distributor relationships, secure strong customer connections, and ensure our products dominate store shelves and dinner tables. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and identifying growth opportunities in both existing and new markets.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage distributor relationships to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers in retail and food service.
  • Ensure in-store excellence and competitive advantage.
  • Oversee seven markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, England, and Spain) and identify and pursue new business opportunities and global expansion channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to adapt and refine approaches.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Relevant academic degree in business, sales, marketing, or other relevant fields.
  • 7–10 years of experience with the retail sector and distributor management.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (required).
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively.
  • Experience in international expansion is a plus.
