As part of a Nordic organisation, you will be integrated into a close-knit team and report directly to the Team Lead for Food. While Döhler Scandinavia is headquartered in Vallensbæk Strand, for this position homebased office with occasional presence at office is also an alternative.

This brings a fantastic opportunity to become part of an innovative team as they are looking for a Nordic Key Account Manager – Food, with a specific focus on the bakery segment, which is a strategic focus area for Döhler Scandinavia.
The role
They are searching for a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales and customer development predominantly within the bakery and confectionary segment across the Nordic region, with clients mainly located in Denmark and southern Sweden. You will manage strategic customer relationships and sales projects while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customised ingredient solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage strategic key accounts within the Nordic region.
- Act as the commercial lead, collaborating with internal stakeholders including Sales Project Management, Business Units, Market Segment Managers, Pricing, and Technical teams.
- Develop and execute customer strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and long-term partnerships.
- Deliver customer-driven solutions by combining technical understanding with commercial insight.
- Ensure full alignment of the value chain – from ingredient sourcing to delivery and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
- Represent Döhler in front of customers as a solution-oriented and trustworthy partner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B ingredient sales, ideally within the bakery ingredients industry.
- Strong ability to manage and grow strategic accounts while handling operational details.
- Proven commercial and negotiation skills, with a structured and customer-centric mindset.
- Experience collaborating across business functions and regional teams.
- Knowledge of the ingredient value chain, including supply, quality, pricing, and product performance.
- Fluent in English and preferably in a Scandinavian language.
