Key Responsibilities:
- Process of vendor invoices utilizing the company’s AP automation software and registration of vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in the ERP system
- Processing of corporate card expenses and employee reimbursements
- Reconcile payment settlements received from credit card payment processors to bank statements and internal database
- Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
- Coordinate with external payroll processing firms on payroll related matters
- Generate intercompany invoices and ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled
- VAT and payroll tax reporting
- Collaborate on month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Support on audit and other third-party information related requests
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in the accounting department for a multi-national organization
- Experienced using accounting software for mid-large sized enterprise (Microsoft Business Central a plus)
- Experienced applying cost-centre reporting and processing a high volume of supplier invoices utilizing accounts payables processing automation software
- Solid understanding of accounting principles related to cost periodization, capital expenditures, revenue recognition
- High interest in tech systems and process automation
- Strong Excel skills
