International Account Manager, Northern Europe

About the Role

Jackson Europe, part of CCM Hockey, is looking for an experienced and motivated International Account Manager to oversee and expand its customer base. Based in Stockholm, this role will focus on key markets in Northern Europe. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers and partners across Northern Europe.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Plan and conduct dealer training for Jackson products.
• Design and implement market-specific sales strategies to ensure growth and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, customer service, and finance, to guarantee operational excellence.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing actionable feedback for strategy refinement.
• Represent Jackson Europe at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with key accounts to showcase product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years in a sales role, preferably within the sports or outdoor industry.
• Regional management experience is a plus. 
• Ability to manage multiple markets and achieve sales targets in a competitive industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise and manage a diverse portfolio of customers.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Familiarity with market dynamics in Northern Europe; knowledge of figure skating is a plus but not required.
• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
