About the Role:


Atria is looking for their next Plant Manager in Sköllersta. The purpose of the job is to lead the team in the factory to achieve the Production objectives by delivering KPI´s within Safety, Productivity & Efficiency, Service levels and Quality. Provide inspiring, clear, communicative and empowering leadership by WOL and WOW. Atria is a prominent food company specializing in high-quality, ready-to-eat foods, fresh meats, and deli products, primarily focusing on the Nordic market. Part of the Finnish Atria Group, it serves both consumer and foodservice sectors, with well-known brands like Lönneberga and Ridderheims. Atria emphasizes sustainability and local sourcing, working to reduce environmental impact across its operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve employee and customer satisfaction through active communication and problem-solving efforts
  • Create a team atmosphere through leadership and staff development
  • Manage and evaluate resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
  • Strive to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Ensure that all employees follow health and safety guidelines – build safety culture
  • Set ambitious production targets and communicate them to specific personnel
  • Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
  • Establish ways of work that increase speed and efficiency without compromising product safety and quality
  • Create conditions to ensure optimal staffing levels

Qualifications: 

  • +10 years experience from a leading role within fresh food industry, preferably some years within Meat industry
  • A strong and impressive track record of delivering results within Production such as sustainable productivity and operating excellence
  • Continuous improvement mindset and understanding of production processes and ways of working
  • Ability to communicate, engage and deliver everyday great execution, through a highly motivated team.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation & communication skills with the ability to challenge
  • Excellent written and spoken Swedish
  • English language is considered a plus
