Monique Østbye is a research consultant at the Nigel Wright Stockholm office. Originally from the United States, Monique moved to Sweden in 2022 to start her professional career in recruitment. She holds a bachelor’s degree and Advanced Certificate from Adelphi University in New York. She previously worked at a boutique international search firm based out of Stockholm. Besides living in Sweden currently, Monique has also lived in Cyprus, Spain, and Norway. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently and is working on her Swedish.
