Trade Development Manager

As Trade Development Manager in Monster Energy, you are our external face towards customers and distribution partner. You will participate in the development of the fastest growing beverage category in Norway through activation, and in market execution in accordance with Monster Energy's commercial strategy. You are given a unique responsibility to strengthen sales and distribution with new and existing customers. You will play a key role towards customers in all channels, in your dedicated geographical district together with our distribution partner.

Other tasks include:

  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with distribution partner. 
  • Secure distribution of Monster Energy & Burn products within existing and new customers.
  • Sell in of new products and promotions to customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationship and dialog with customers.
  • Become an expert of the energy category and be able to support your customers with trends and insights of the energy category and the Monster Energy brand.

Desired qualifications:

  • Sales experience
  • Driven and passionate, and takes responsibility for your own performance 
  • Customer oriented with strong communication skills in Norwegian
  • Driver’s license is a must-have
