We are now searching for a Tender Specialist who can be located either in Denmark, Sweden, or Norway. The role will report directly to Claus Skipper, Nordic Business Line Manager / Sales Director Iveco Buses.
 

Basic Function

•    Analyzing tenders
•    Making offers
•    Orders and local adaptions
•    General administrative/marketing tasks

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

TENDERS

•    Analyzing tenders. Ongoing questions/answers
•    Making TMO and spec’s
•    Match up bus models according tender demands
•    Ongoing dialog with customer and factory

OFFERS

•    Making offers and revisions
•    Make specifications adapted for customers
•    Overview of local adaptions and estimate the cost for it
•    Dialog with factory about SFC’s for options
•    Verify drawing/layouts towards tender demands
•    Dialog and negotiation with customers

ORDERS

•    Specification-meetings with customer and factory
•    Making finale specifications
•    Ongoing dialog with the factory during planning
•    Pre-delivery inspections before delivery from the factory
•    Follow-up the workshop for local adaptions and defying parts purchase.
•    Inspection of busses before handover to customer
•    Making of «Declaration of vehicle delivery»

GENERAL

•    Maintain specification templates
•    Various administrative/marketing tasks
•    Follow-up customer relationship
•    Active participation in all product launches and training
•    Strong team skills bridging Local Management, Local Product Management, Sales staff and corporation with Headquarter

Qualifications and relevant personal attitude, qualities & behaviour

•    Good technical understanding of busses
•    Experiences from bus market
•    Good IT-knowledge and understanding
•    Advantage to have driver license for bus
•    Interest and understanding of public tenders
•    Strong team corporation skills
•    Technical vehicle experience an advantage – for buses in particular

Systems access level / job conditions

•    Microsoft Office IT skills
•    Accessing and understanding IVECO systems
•    Expected travel days per year: 20 – 30 days
•    Job location: Denmark, Sweden or Norway
