As a Senior or Managing Consultant you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing both new and existing client relationships. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates to presenting your shortlist and negotiating offers. You will have responsibility for building one of our specialist consumer practices, contributing to strategic initiatives and goals across the business. This could be through team leadership or significant business development and fee generation.
You will require previous experience of having worked within one of our key recruiting areas e.g. Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Procurement. Alternatively, you will already be a successful recruitment consultant from any industry; however relevant commercial experience would be an advantage.
