We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Manager - Integrations and Automation to lead and own the solution concept for integrations and automation across the company. Reporting directly to the Senior IT Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration and automation of processes that support our entire organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Platform Ownership: Take full ownership of the integrations and automation platform’s backlog, ensuring it meets both business needs and technical requirements.
•    Platform Roadmap: Define and manage the platform roadmap, continuously evolving solutions to keep pace with the company's needs and technological advancements.
•    Continuous Development: Drive the ongoing development of integration and automation solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand their integration and automation needs, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.
•    Architectural Expertise: Provide leadership and guidance in the design and implementation of integration and automation architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and future scalability.
•    Business Partnership: Act as a key technology partner for business stakeholders, helping to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives.

Digital landscape (Experience with this specific technology is not required, familiarity with other technologies and integration architectures is highly valuable and provides a strong foundation.)

  • We are utilizing the Azure integration platform and are seeking a professional with expertise in solution-level architecture within this domain 
  • Azure DeOps for backlog management 
  • Biztalk 
  • EDI messaging

What we are looking for:

•    Strong Integration and Automation Background: Proven experience in managing IT integration and automation solutions, with deep expertise in integration platforms and services.
•    Architectural Knowledge: Solid understanding of integration and automation architecture, with the ability to lead the design and development of effective, scalable solutions.
•    Platform Management Expertise: Experience in backlog ownership, roadmap development, and delivering continuous improvements in platform performance.
•    Business Collaboration & Strategy: Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working with business teams, ensuring technology solutions drive value across the company.
•    Strong facilitation skills - the ability to visualize conceptual solutions and to facilitate decision making between specialists and different stakeholders.
•    Organization and Vendor Management – ability to projectize and resource new demand, utilizing and developing vendor relations.
