Simen Pedersen Roaas is the practice lead within IT & tech for the Norwegian market. He has professional experience and expertise within portfolio management, project management, business development, sales & marketing, IT and full-cycle recruitment. He is also a DNV-GL certified assessor within various testing tools, such as AON and Matrigma.

Simen has an educational background in pedagogy and business administration and has several years of work experience with IT & tech from both public and private companies. He has managed international IT projects and been responsible for IT and satcom for a fleet of vessels including new builds.

Before joining Nigel Wright, he has worked in recruitment roles in both domestic and international companies. His primary expertise is in specialist and management roles within IT & tech, finance transformation and digitalization.
