Martin works as a Research Assistant at Nigel Wright Oslo Office. His role is to support the Consultants across various functions, as well as conducting searches for a variety of positions, across several industries. Martin’s focus is to ensure an excellent candidate experience and thereby strengthen the client’s employer branding.

Prior to joining Nigel Wright, Martin worked in the Norwegian military for 6 years. He is trained as a sergeant and worked in various positions where he has led, instructed, and developed teams. Combining studies with his experience from the military on how we function in teams, Martin wants to help find top talent. He is also a student at BI Norwegian Business School, studying Organizational Psychology, HR and Leadership.
