André works as a Research Assistant, supporting researchers in identifying and attracting talented candidates. Alongside his professional role, André is pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources at Kristiania University.

Prior to joining the Nigel Wright Group, André earned a Bachelor’s degree in Project Leadership within Art and Creative Industries, also from Kristiania University. He has gained valuable experience working on various projects in the events, festival, and music sectors. Additionally, André has served as an assistant for smaller cultural initiatives and business ventures, contributing to their success through his organizational and creative skills.
