As a Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Wright Group, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing both new and existing client relationships. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates to presenting your shortlist, negotiating offers and providing expert advice on recruitment strategy and employer branding. You will have responsibility for building one of our specialist consumer practices (food, drinks, DIY, home & personal care, fashion & lifestyle, homeware, consumer electronics, ecommerce & retail or toys & children), contributing to strategic initiatives and goals across the business. This could be through team leadership or significant business development and fee generation.
We don’t require you to have previous recruitment experience to join our team, unlike many other agencies. We look for people who are results driven, ambitious, outgoing, confident and resilient. You will constantly be meeting new people, so it’s important that you’re sociable, friendly and aim to always provide great customer service along the way. You should be eager to learn and be driven to become an expert in your field. We also expect you to be fluent in both Dutch and English.
