The role:

As we grow, Fever-Tree are re-shaping our Supply Chain management team to future-proof ourselves on our journey as the #1 mixer brand.

As a result, we are recruiting for a new role for us to strengthen our Global Supply Chain team. Based in Belgium or the south of Netherlands, our EU/ROW Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating demand for all of Fever-Tree’s European and Rest of World markets, across two European production sites, to ensure we produce the right product, at the right time and in the right place to maintain on-time and in-full delivery to all our international customers.
You will be responsible for managing the production planning function and team, and accountable for ensuring we manage capacity and production planning wisely across our 3rd party manufacturing partners; procure, negotiate, plan and manage printed packaging for international markets; provide short-, medium- and long-term forecasts to all suppliers. You will be responsible for leading internal and external meetings, analysing performance, and implementing new processes to streamline complexity within our EU and ROW supply chains; continue to maintain system integrity, support in NPD launches and solve problems as they come up to help us build for the future.
The Fever-Tree supply chain is fast-paced, and every day has a new challenge. This role would suit someone who’s as comfortable managing messages to senior colleagues as rolling up their sleeves and helping with production planning. The right candidate will be IT literate, an experienced line manager, and have bags of experience with 3rd party FMCG manufacture.
You will need to be an independent problem-solver and know when to get to stuck in and when to step back and offer alternative solutions. This role interacts with every part of our business, making it the beating heart of Fever-Tree’s success.
 

Key responsibilities:

Directly responsible for:

  • Team management of 1 direct report; ensuring team deliver against KPIs, and developing the team as needed
  • Production planning and capacity management for our two European contract copackers
  • Supporting and implementing long-term EU and ROW end-to-end supply chain strategies to support global business growth
  • Manage printed packaging contracts, create and manage forecast, orders and safety stock
  • KPI owner for all production OTIF to all our European and rest of world customers, analysing performance and implementing solutions as needed
  • Project managing operational changes within the physical EU and ROW supply chains
  • Key financial budget reporting and month-end supply outputs, including material reconciliations and invoicing completion
  • ERP system governance for Production management, customer orders and finished goods stock
  • Assessing, improving, and implementing internal process change
  • Recruitment as needed

Through team, delivering:
  • Production planning and printed packaging planning; trouble-shooting on a monthly input cycle
  • Capacity management and utilisation across factories to meet contract requirements and demand
  • Short- and long-term forecast creation to 3rd party manufacturing and material providers for EU and ROW
  • Invoice sign off and investigation to ensure prompt payments

The ideal candidate will be:

 

  • Degree-educated in a relevant discipline
  • Have 5+ years at a similar, fast-paced FMCG business
  • An experienced, people-focussed line manager
  • Highly numerate and confident manipulating data (in Excel and ERP systems)
  • Have a track record of making clear, positive recommendations and decisions
  • A strong communicator and influencer, able to communicate clearly with peers or Directors as needed
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Structured, self-motivated and ambitious
  • Able to think fast in a busy environment + keep many plates spinning all at once
  • Flexible and adaptable with a drive to succeed
