As part of Döhlers Scandinavia´s ambitions to grow within the Food industry they are now developing their Scandinavian organisation in that area and are recruiting a Key Account Manager – Food Industry.

The person will be home-office based, in the southern parts of Sweden, with a reasonable frequent presence at the Tune office (DK) required.

The Role:

As the new Key Account Manager within the Food team, you will be responsible to manage and develop existing client relationships for long term profitable growth. In addition, you will also actively look to pursue new business opportunities, from planning to execution and follow up. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Overall day to day management of assigned client portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Development of joint business plans
  • Negotiate agreements & long-term contracts
  • Project management of all activities within assigned cluster of customers
  • Continuously implementing best practices and exchanging learnings within organisation

Your Profile:

As a person, you have a positive energy and an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership comes naturally.  You possess strong commercial acumen, have integrity and is skilled in collaboration and stakeholder management. Additional qualifications:

  • Higher vocational education, or business diploma
  • + 5 years work experience from Key Account Management (B2B) working within the Food-, Ingredients- and/or packaging industries, or from the Client side
  • Solid understanding of the full value chain within the food industry
  • General food product knowledge (e.g. flavours, colours, extracts, juices etc.)
  • Dynamic business attitude and high level of customer Focus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, additional languages beneficial
  • CRM System skills
