As a Business Consultant at Nigel Wright Group, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing both new and existing client relationships. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates to presenting your shortlist, negotiating offers and providing expert advice on recruitment strategy and employer branding.
You will have responsibility for building one of our specialist consumer practices (food, drinks, DIY, home & personal care, fashion & lifestyle, homeware, consumer electronics, ecommerce & retail or toys & children), contributing to strategic initiatives and goals across the business. This could be through team leadership or significant business development and fee generation.
