Your Responsibilities
As the Trade Marketing Manager Off-Trade for Pernod Ricard Netherlands, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic channel plans to drive sales and brand visibility across retail, convenience, and liquor store channels. Your primary focus will be to optimize brand presence, promotions, and activations to achieve sales targets and enhance brand equity. This role serves as a vital point of contact between sales and marketing, to make sure brand plans are well translated to the Dutch market and supporting sales needs
STRATEGIC CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for developing the channel plan in synergy with the Marketing Plan in close collaboration with the Brand Manager, Field Sales Manager & Key account Managers
- Define the entire trade marketing mix actions and building strategy to guarantee, sell-out, consumption activation and perfect serve
- In collaboration with Field Sales Manager, define the KPI’S (Presence, Visibility, Activation & Amplification) for assigning resources/activities to the field sales teams and the various actions to be implemented on the channel
- Be the primary point of contact between sales and marketing to make sure all needs from sales are covered and aligned with brand plans
- Do annual client reviews identifying future opportunities and leveraging our portfolio priorities
- Responsible for retail media, agency management for Off-Trade implementations
- POSM responsible for Off-Trade activations
BUDGET & KPIS
- Be a data expert by developing, following, and leveraging data analysis to improve the different activities and processes
- Follow up & Management of activity budget
- Support & facilitate the contractual spending follow up
- Develop Trade terms
- Improve contract strategy versus channel needs
ANALYTICS
- Ensure proper communication to the sales of objectives and KPI’s of planned activities
- Responsible for the preparation and periodic presentation of analysis on the performance and the KPI activation of all the levers of the trade marketing mix
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the FMCG or Drinks Industry
- Fluent English, Dutch is highly recommended
- Autonomous, negotiation skills, hands-on mentality, strong advisory and facilitation skills
- A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines
- Proactive, positive, and innovative mindset
- Strong project management skill
