Your Responsibilities
As the On-Trade Luxury Manager, you're tasked with achieving commercial objectives, with a focus on growing the premium spirits portfolio within key clients.
General prestige gastronomy growth:
- Generate targeted awareness, footprint and business growth on Perrier-Jouët champagne and the PR high premium spirits portfolio through prestige gastronomy & luxury On Trade clients within the Netherlands and contribute to an increased Pernod Ricard market share within our prestige champagne and spirits portfolio
- Follow up on the prestige & luxury route to market plan in close collaboration with marketing
- Identify and report relevant market developments
- Optimally seize opportunities on prestige spirits business development within gastronomy and other Luxury On Trade clients (e.g. Royal Salute, Ki No Bi, Martell)
Customer management:
- Visit prestige & luxury restaurants & outlets within the assigned focus area
- Grow presence by maintaining and gaining prestige gastronomy partner accounts (Michelin* restaurants and Gault Millau >=14/20 restaurants) and implementing Pernod Ricard RPVAA approach on various prestige brands
- Build impactful Perrier-Jouët full flagship accounts with intense collaborations (e.g. chef hosting nights, social media communication, events,…) to grow targeted brand awareness
- Create brand preference at outlet level through product training and tailor-made rotation initiatives
- Maximize seizing of prestige spirits portfolio opportunities within clientele
- Manage prestige gastronomy contracts and budget to reach the sales & brand building targets
- Acquire and develop a close network and sustainable relationship with influential key decision makers based on trust and expertise
- Host relevant events and incentives
- Ensure CRM data input and analysis
- Conduct prestige master classes with the aim of creating “word of mouth” and delivering “money can’t buy experiences” for various channels including gastronomy, selected liquor stores, D2VIP clients
Your Profile
- Your communication skills are proficient in both oral and written Dutch and English languages. French is an important plus
- With a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the luxury segment is required
- You have a strong network in on-trade prestige market and are familiar with prestige gastronomy community & lifestyle
- Your strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, enable you to make decisions based on data
- You have a proven track record of negotiating independently and securing favorable results
- Your proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities to exceed organizational goals demonstrates your entrepreneurial spirit
- Your creativity is reflected in your ability to think innovatively, generate fresh ideas and challenge conventional perspectives
- You demonstrate your ownership mentality by not only taking responsibility within your assigned role, but also by extending responsibility across functions to improve the overall performance of PRN
- Finally, your strong team spirit is demonstrated by your ability to coach and mentor team members, active stakeholder management and coupled with your active contribution as a collaborative team member
