About Leilac

Are you a skilled Project Manager with experience from highly innovative projects? Leilac believe their people and technology can help deliver solutions to some of the world’s most pressing sustainability challenges, and needs a R&D Project Engineer to support and run technology development.

At Leilac we’re passionate about enabling the transition to a carbon neutral world by providing the most compelling decarbonisation solution for global cement and lime.

Leilac’s technology is being developed to efficiently separate CO2 released unavoidably from the processing of limestone ready for use or storage, without additional chemicals or processes. It is designed to be low cost, scalable, retrofittable, energy agnostic and electrification ready, providing the most economical pathways to carbon free cement and lime.

Leilac’s vision is the rapid creation of sustainable cement and lime for industry, global society and our planet. Our purpose-driven team are unwavering in their commitment to solve this urgent global challenge.

  • Ensure budgets, schedules, risks, and scope changes are up to date, tracked, and reported on.
  • Generate a project schedule with dependencies and keep this up to date as the project progresses.
  • Support colleagues in their activities, ensuring they may maintain technical focus while maintaining proper project management processes. Contribute to the company’s supportive culture, encouraging ownership, responsibility, accountability using constructive feedback.
  • Update the central technology development activity budget with information from projects as it becomes available (schedule, budget, scope changes and risks).
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review work and provide feedback to team members.
