In a context of strong international development, the Rivière Group is looking for its key account manager retail USA (east coast).
Le Groupe Rivière is looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients.
The key account manager's responsabilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the service provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.
The KAM should also be able to develop relationships with potential new clients (business development / negotiation).
The KAM should be able to analyse data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.
Ultimately, an exceptional KAM should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.
Main responsabilities :
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company,
Increase volume + profitability,
Introduce new product range with existing clients and new clients,
Opportunity to develop new chanels like food service,
Addressing and resolving key clients complaints,
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams based in France,
Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients needs are met,
Compliling reports on accounts progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders on weekly basis,
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions,
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meetings established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long term goals / with a strong focus on the US east side of the country.
Bachelor degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field,
US citizen, US native, living on the east coast of the USA,
Proven experience in retailers key account management in the USA (experience of dealing with french food products is a plus),
Proficient in all microsoft office applications as well as CRM software,
The ability to build rapport with key clients in the retail / foodservice landscape,
The ability to handle multiple client accounts,
Strong negotiation + business development and leadership skills,
Strong autonomy / ability to report in due time,
Exceptional customer service skills,
