In this context of strong growth, Mutares is looking to recruit a HR Director for France to reinforce the actual team.
Role description / skills :
35 - 40 years old
Operational HR Director with industrial experience at least 10 years.
Field man with a strong trade union negotiation background / experiences (with also experiences with all HR functions like payroll / retirement / foresight / collective agreement etc…).
Totally mobile, he agrees frequent travels in France and Europe and remains 4 days per week in owned Mutares companies (from Monday to Thursday mandatory).
He has already a turnaround and transformation experience (consultancy company or private company) and knows how to deal / manage with internal issues (trade unions / employees).
Totally available to run international demanding missions with various nationalities.
Able to properly formalize presentations linked to his activity.
Very good at using office tools (hardware / software like excel / word etc…).
Fluent in English (will be tested / can also speak Italian).
High business school graduated HEC, ESCP, EMLYON, ESSEC.
Open minded person, focus on results, confident and transparent.
This position requires a very important availability.
