We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of new technologies, projects, and processes within our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless transitions and achieving our strategic goals and can be based in Belgium or Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Identify and address potential project risks proactively.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementation management within the food industry.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
