Jacob Rønne is operationally responsible for the Norwegian Division and recruits at senior management and executive level across the Nordics. He specialises in executive search, leadership assessment, talent acquisition and project management, with experience from the Consumer sector, Heavy Industry, and Information Technology and digitalisation.
Jacob started has spent most of his career in executive search and organizational development, launching and establishing Nigel Wright's business in Norway and later managing the turnaround of an IT recruiter. Prior to re-joining Nigel Wright he worked in a global Readiness role for a multinational industrial company, setting up new organisations for cement plant operations, in North Africa and the Middle East.
Jacob's educational background is in psychology, leadership, and business. He is trained as a sergeant in the Norwegian military, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. Jacob is an expert assessor with certification in a variety of tools, most notably from suppliers as HOGAN, SHL and AON.
