International Business Development & Sales Manager -Healthcare
About the Role
LifeClean is expanding the international market presence of its chlorine dioxide-based disinfectant, NUGEN® HLD-CD, licensed at the European level by Arxada. The role will focus on developing commercial partnerships in both the Middle East and Asia simultaneously. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in healthcare-related sales and business development, particularly within medtech or hospital-focused environments.
While the preferred location for the position is Stockholm, in order to contribute to team and culture development, strong candidates based in other key regions will also be considered. The position involves regular travel within the focus regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand a robust network of resellers and medical technology partners across the Middle East and Asia.
- Train resellers and healthcare staff on the effective use and benefits of LifeClean’s chlorine dioxide product.
- Initiate and manage relationships with procurement decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and distribution organizations.
- Adjust commercial strategies in line with local healthcare regulations, procurement systems, and cultural dynamics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with LifeClean’s regulatory, marketing, and communications teams to support product launches and brand visibility in new markets.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and scaling distributor and reseller networks across international markets.
- Background in selling medical devices, high-level disinfectants, or sterilization solutions.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and procurement processes, particularly within the Middle East. Experience and contacts within Asian healthcare markets are equally relevant and highly valued.
- Experience with chlorine dioxide or similar disinfectant technologies is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills such as Arabic, Persian, or French are considered beneficial.
- Strategic and commercially driven, with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- High level of cultural awareness and experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes across public and private healthcare settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability when delivering training and presentations in varied market contexts.
