International Business Development & Sales Manager - Agriculture
About the Role
LifeClean is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in business development, ideally within disinfection products for animal husbandry. While expertise within the poultry segment is preferred, candidates with experience in broader livestock sectors—such as swine or cattle—are also relevant. Particularly valuable is experience in working through reseller networks that ultimately supply farmers. The primary focus is on building and expanding a global network of distributors and resellers, with an initial emphasis on driving growth across the European market.
The position is preferably based in Stockholm to support team building and culture development. However, qualified candidates located in other relevant markets will also be considered. The position involves regular travel within the focus regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive international sales of LifeClean's disinfectant solutions, with a primary focus on the poultry segment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and existing Nordic partners.
- Conduct market analyses and identify new commercial opportunities and partners globally.
- Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales cycle using CRM tools.
- Represent LifeClean at relevant trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record of developing international networks of resellers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Demonstrated experience in sales of disinfectants, ideally products comparable to Virkon® S.
- Strong knowledge of the European agricultural sector and hands-on experience in building go-to-market reseller models are key for success in this role.
- Existing network within the European or global livestock industry, particularly in poultry.
- Solid understanding of disinfection protocols and regulatory standards in animal farming.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Polish, or a Scandinavian language is considered a plus.
- Self-motivated, structured, and proactive with a strong commercial orientation.
- Skilled at building relationships and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
