Oliver Büscher has been with the Nigel Wright Group as an Associate Director in the Düsseldorf office since 2020. Before that, he worked for one of the world's largest hotel groups as Director Sales & Marketing in the luxury sector and had already the lead as VP Sales in the EMEA region for a scale up Travel-Tech company.

During his +20-year career, he took on the management responsibility of various teams from the areas of sales, marketing, PR and live event communications for companies of different sizes from start-ups to corporations and expanded his expertise in diverse concepts through to change management in a wide variety of luxury and lifestyle industries.

His key competency is to support companies in change/transformation and scale up processes to help them creating the best company & department structures and finding the right talents on management and C-Level functions to speed up their business.

At Nigel Wright Oliver holds the Teamlead position for the areas Fashion & Lifestyle, Travel & Leisure and Beauty & Cosmetics for the DACH region.
