Megan joined Nigel Wright in 2018 and leads our Technology recruitment team for permanent and interim positions. Personally, in the market, she recruits for interim and fractional roles in technology, including CTO / CIO and Programme Director. Known for her ability to solve complex business and people challenges as well as finding interim resource to deliver complex business change projects.

Megan leads the technology sector working group at Nigel Wright, a team of cross-discipline consultants with a specialism and deep understanding of SAAS. She is passionate about increasing diversity in technology and is involved with Women in Tech North East as well as hosting multiple networking events throughout the region.

Prior to Nigel Wright Group, Megan graduated from Durham University in 2014 and completed her MBA in 2021.
