The person will be working at the Scandinavian headquarters in Tune just outside of Copenhagen (DK) and/or from home office.

About the role

As the new Manager Inside Sales, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with a large number of Scandinavian customers hat are mainly served with the Döhler Standard Assortment and via phone, email, video, and virtual meetings generate profitable business.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, etc., aiming to develop solutions that improve customers' business operations, boost sales profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, increasing the value of existing accounts, while also pursuing new business through following up on inbound leads and initiating outbound calls and emails.
  • Works closely with the field sales team to devise effective account strategies and craft proposals for clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products or services to efficiently and effectively address client needs and questions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Conducts annual planning for assigned accounts and continually adjusts forecasts based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
  • Prepare quotations quickly in collaboration with Pricing and on the basis of agreed minimum order quantities, standardized prices, payment and delivery conditions etc.
  • Responsible for pricing, negotiation, and handover of sales orders to Customer Service.
  • Accurately entering and maintaining client data in Döhlers systems (various SAP tools)
  • Be well networked within the Doehler organization in order to direct or respond in a timely manner to a customer's inquiry or need.
  • Conduct annual planning for the assigned accounts and continuously adapt forecasts for customers.
  • Continually increase communication and relationship building skills as well of knowledge of products and markets.

Additional qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
