The new Nordic Key Account Manager Appliance will be responsible for accelerating the performance of Senseo and L’OR Barista coffee machine sales within the Electro channel across the Nordics, which will enable the ongoing rapid market share growth. You will work alongside a vibrant cross-functional team, where the goal is to propel the growth of single-serve coffee consumption in the Nordics.


  • Deliver yearly sales targets
  • Establish long term, collaborative and strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Responsible for the expansion of customer sales and profitability
  • Detailed promotion budget management
  • S&OP account planning with forecasting accuracy and customer service level as key KPIs
  • Strong and accurate customer P&L management
  • Able to independently define yearly strategic customer plans
  • Enable perfect execution off and online together with cross functional team
  • Establish tight cross functional partnerships to deliver best practice.

In this role, you will lead a compelling journey, exploring new territories for the business, where your presence will be prominent within the organisation, giving you the opportunity to actively shape and influence the future landscape of coffee sales in the Nordics. Furthermore, you are driven by a growth mindset and analytical thinking, followed by an  approach to prioritise simplicity and entrepreneurship in ways of working. Including,  an attention to detail, positive spirit, exceptional team-playing skills, these are important factors that will contribute significantly to JDE’s collaborative success. 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Must have: 2-3 years’ experience as Key Account Manager or supporting role to Key Account Manager preferably within the Electro channel working with Elgiganten, Elkjøp or Power on a Nordic level.
  • Excellent at building effective and cooperative relationships
  • Strong commercial and analytical understanding.
  • Capable of shaping and driving the Nordic Appliance strategy while inspiring colleagues on the way
  • Fluent in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and English
