Bel Nordic’s head office is in Helsingborg, Sweden, where the company has functions within Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, which will be the main work location for this role, having three days in the office and two days working from home. The company is now looking to hire a Key Account Manager for the Danish market. 
Bel is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join their Nordic team, and report to the Nordic Head of Sales. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all Danish key accounts while also holding profit and loss responsibility for these accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability for Danish retail key accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the key accounts, including buyers and category managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between Bel and the accounts.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Develop and execute account-specific business plans, including sales forecasts, promotional strategies, and pricing negotiations.
  • Monitor and manage account performance against KPIs such as revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and recommending strategic initiatives to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Bel teams such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and initiatives.
  • Continue the strong relationship with 3rd party Sales Force, ensuring that Bel is top of mind with Sales reps. to maximise instore visibility and display sales.

Profile

  • Commercial experience within FMCG from sales, trade marketing or category management.
  • Ability to work with key account management principles, including P&L responsibility and financial analysis.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Driven, entrepreneurial, proactive and results oriented. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
