Join them as their new Global Marketing & Customer Engagement Manager, Gastrointestinal Health, Novozymes OneHealth, Kgs. Lyngby

In the role as Global Marketing & Customer Engagement Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high growth potential brands for the Gastrointestinal Health Category, selling into the B2C, B2HCP and B2B channel (ingredients or white label supplements based on probiotics and enzymes) for consumer health. In the role you will have total ownership of the portfolio of brands from leading the global marketing plan & toolbox to managing the marketing efforts and multichannel customer engagement journeys for brand strategy, positioning, awareness, and product life cycle management across the marketing system.

You will lead the end-to-end campaign strategy including clear definition of segmentation & personas, concept & content creation and production of key assets as well as managing offline communication such as trade marketing, collateral / point of sales development and sponsorship and event management in conjunction with the regions. You will be a strong partner to sales by preparing presentations and presenting to customers.

Potentially relevant experience:

  • +10 years of experience within marketing in consumer health
  • Master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, business or marketing
  • Prior experience from a Global Marketing position working with strategic planning and toolbox development.
  • B2B marketing & campaign management experience including social and digital campaign management is a plus
  • Prior budget management and global business case experience
