Reporting to the HR Director EMEA you will be responsible for the general HR management across the Nordic region. The Nordic region includes a number of office locations, as well as a factory and distribution center in Sweden. You will manage all day-to-day HR priorities across the region, working closely with the rest of the HR team and the Payroll Manager for Europe. This is a broad generalist role which requires a flexible and proactive mindset, together with strong generalist HR knowledge and experience. You will be part of a wider EMEA team, as well as a global HR team, so previous international exposure would be highly desirable.
This role is based in Pure Fishing’s new Copenhagen office in Denmark, and hybrid working is available between home and office. Some occasional travel may be required in this role to our various locations across Europe, particularly our Svangsta location in Sweden.
