CFO – SG Production

SG Armaturen is a Norwegian Company founded in Lillesand, Norway in 1990. The company has operations in more than 30 countries worldwide and daughter companies in Denmark, Sweden,
Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, China, and France.

We are looking for a CFO for the Danish production site, SG Production in Odense. SG Armaturen strives to design and manufacture Lighting Fixtures products to the highest quality and their luminaires are the preferred choice for Lighting Architects, Lighting Consultants, Designers and Electrical Installers. The site in Odense produces customised Lightning solutions for professionals as well as a standardised products for the global market. SG Production employs more than 120 people across production, product development, and administration.

Role

The CFO reports to the CEO at SG Production and plays a key role at the site in Odense. The CFO will be managing the finance and IT department consisting of 4 people intotal and will be handling third
parties such as auditors and other partners in the SG Group.

Responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for finance including: budget, financial accounting and reporting, HMS, IT and administration
• Prepare budgets for the current year with the management team and report on the development of the Group to the Group CFO in Norway
• Production controlling and financial business partnering to the COO
• People management
• Develop reporting structures
• End of month (asset index, royalty, management fee etc.) and monthly reporting
• Multidisciplinary management (communication via info letters/intranet/info screens, ongoing HR issues etc.)
• Optimise the financial toolbox of SGCandidate Pack

Profile

• Master’s degree preferably within economy/finance
• Solid experience working in similar positions, preferably from a manufacturing company
• Good insight in basic financial management and accounting legislation
• Proven people management experience
• Fluent proficiency in Danish and English
• The ideal candidate is analytical and structured, has an emphatic and accommodation approach to people management and is likewise able to impact the decision-making process in the management team.
