As a Consultant at Nigel Wright Denmark, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing both new and existing client relationships. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, identifying, and interviewing suitable candidates, to presenting your shortlist and negotiating offers.
You will have responsibility for building one of our specialist consumer practices, contributing to strategic initiatives and goals across the business. Either you have previous experience from the FMCG or Fashion-Lifestyle 
industry, or alternatively, you are already a successful search consultant with a significant recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Take on a leading role as an industry specialist and be part of building our Danish team.
  • Execute qualitative, efficient, and professional search/recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent level of service is provided to clients.
  • Operate rigorous candidate management and assessment techniques ensuring an excellent level of service and career advice are provided to candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of key company and market trends.
  • Generate assignments through active business development, key account management and networking within the sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize lead generation.
  • Lead client pitches and meetings.
  • Focus on building a network and influencing senior decision makers within the consumer sector.
