Research Assistant

Are you a curious student who thrives on finding the best job candidate through creative ways of combining various data sources? Do you want to learn how to map industries, delve deep to understand customer needs, and leave no stone unturned to find the right candidate? If yes, then this might be an exciting job opportunity for you.
Nigel Wright Group is the leading specialist in recruitment and search within the consumer sector in Europe, operating through a network of offices across the continent. We support the talent needs of many of the world's leading consumer businesses at specialist, managerial, and executive levels.

Who are you?

You are a student embarking on a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Economics, or Psychology. As your job will largely involve supporting consultants in their work, we envision you as a strong project manager capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You possess excellent prioritization skills and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. The primary expertise we offer our clients is Search, and to succeed in this role, you should be an inquisitive individual who enjoys delving into information and figuring things out. You are genuinely interested in search and recruitment, viewing this as an opportunity to advance your career. You identify with qualities such as curiosity and goal orientation, while also being a reliable, humble, and a collaborative partner. We work with both Danish and international clients, so effective communication in both Danish and English is essential.

What does a Research Assistant actually do?

When you work with us, no two days are alike. We recruit for all types of clients,     and you will use various tools to find candidates for these companies, based on the information we gather in initial meetings. You will also assist in writing job descriptions, advertisements, and other marketing materials to present the companies we work with in the best possible light and generate interest in the role. Furthermore, you will assist consultants in interviews, and create reports and presentations to present candidates to the client. Good administration is important to us, so you will also work in our systems to ensure the information we have is up-to-date and accurate.

What can we offer you?

As a Research Assistant, you will have an important role in the team and work closely with the consultants throughout the process. We are a small and dynamic team that supports each other to achieve success. We collaborate closely with our 140 colleagues across 8 countries and have a particularly close relationship with our Nordic colleagues, with regular gatherings and social events.
This is a relevant and exciting part-time job that can be combined with studies. The workload may vary depending on what suits you and the needs throughout the year. We aim for this to be a long-term collaboration where you will have an important role in the team and where there may be several career opportunities within Nigel Wright in the longer term.

We are located in a lovely office space in Copenhagen, with an amazing view and great lunch. There is also some flexibility regarding remote work, but we prefer that you are mostly in the office as we enjoy having a social and pleasant environment.

If this sounds like the role for you, we would love for you to send us your CV today!
