About the role

As a Consultant at Nigel Wright, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing both new and existing client relationships. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, identifying, and interviewing suitable candidates, to presenting your shortlist and negotiating offers. You will be responsible for driving recruitment processes in collaboration with colleagues across the Nordic countries. Additionally, you will focus on establishing strong relationships within the industry as well as identify and pursue sales opportunities. A commercial mindset and a strong motivation for business development is essential for this role. 

Key responsibilities

  • Execute qualitative, efficient, and professional search/recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent level of service is provided to clients.
  • Operate candidate management and assessment techniques ensuring an excellent level of service and career advice are provided to candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of key company and market trends.
  • Generate assignments through active business development, key account management and networking within the sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize lead generation. 
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities as well as leading client pitches and meetings.

Who are you?

We believe you are a service-minded and business driven recruitment professional, with a collaborative working style. You have at least a couple of years (or many more) experience from either recruitment consultancy or in-house talent acquisition. You have a degree in a relevant field, and a genuine business- and people interest. You share our passion for winning and value collaborating and learning from others. You have strong project management skills and the ability to drive your own work forward but can also be flexible for your client.
