Areas of responsibility
- Value creation by internal collaboration between the partner companies
- Establish and maintain a collaboration platform including contact information, capabilities etc. to avoid revenue leakage.
- Best practice sharing within service areas
- Drive country collaboration
- Support global collaboration
- Project manage larger group-wide events
- Project Management
- Identify needs, scope and deliver commercial excellence projects related to revenue growth (e.g. best practice, x-selling, employer branding) and margin improvement (e.g. internal synergies, procurement, common systems)
- Annual strategy process
- Prepare material for Board Meetings
- Drive engagement and sense of belonging through
- Newsletters, CEO Townhalls (virtual)
- Intranet, website and LinkedIn
- Conferences, joint events
- Other potential areas of responsibility (depending on interest and time)
- Participate in the M&A process
- Performance Management
Expected experience and traits
- 3-5 years working experience from a top-tier management consulting company
- University degree
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft product suite
- Humble and down to earth
- Team player
- Self-starter, ability to work independently with both advance tasks and more simple tasks
