Emilie is working as a Research Consultant at Nigel Wright's Copenhagen Office. Emilie is responsible for the entire recruitment process and specialises in Senior Managerial roles across corporate functions. Before joining Nigel Wright, Emilie spent a couple of years within the recruitment industry, working from the client and consultant side. Thus, Emilie represents experience with different search strategies, candidate screenings and interview techniques from specialised industries.

Emilie holds a master’s degree in Strategy, Organization and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
