David is an accomplished International Director who works internationally with Nigel Wright's teams and offices across Europe and the US. With a proven track record of success, David spent previously four years managing the Nordic region with teams across the Nordic countries, and six years managing the German and Dutch markets, based in Nigel Wright’s offices in Düsseldorf and Amsterdam.

With over a decade of experience in executive search, David began his career as a Senior Consultant for an international boutique search company, where he spent three years working across their European offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Vienna. He also spent four years with a leading Danish media company in sales, HR, and management positions. David specializes in recruiting top talent from Senior Manager to Executive level across international markets. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
