Head of Design (gn)

On behalf of a leading German provider of license products we are filling the position Head of Design (gn) shoes and bags.

development of the collection and theme world [colours, silhouettes, styles] while ensuring the brand statement
drawing models [bags or shoes] and making technical sketches
independent trend and competition analysis as well as market observation
management and further development of the design team
continuous communication with suppliers and license partners as well as presentation of the collection concept
regular participation in collection handovers and trade fairs

Completed studies or apprenticeship, ideally in the field of product or fashion management
Established professional experience in a comparable position
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as very good skills for self-organization and a high level of initiative
Confident use of ms office, especially excel and powerpoint
Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as good knowledge of English
Distinctive negotiating skills as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness
