The role:

  • Achieve Sales, Profit and Distribution targets.
  • Develop strong Customer relationships.
  • Identify and unlock new distribution opportunities/channels.
  • Maximise Brand 4 P’s execution in store.
  • Provide current accounts with ongoing support and identify additional opportunities.
  • Lead / Facilitate Category and Brand Training within key retailers / gyms / affiliations.
  • Sell in new products and deliver against targeted distribution levels.
  • Work effectively with Key Stakeholders to ensure Sales orders processed efficiently.
  • Provide on-going feedback to the Central Team to help evolve strategy Planning.
  • Work with appropriate internal teams (sales, marketing and trade marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure execution of agreed plans.    

The profile:

  • A minimum of two years sales experience gained in a retail environment working with FMCG/consumer goods.
  • Experience across Specialty and/or FDM [Food Drug Mass] accounts. Gym channel would be also a plus.
  • Passion for Sport with previous experience of Sports Nutrition being an advantage.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being strong team player.
  • Strategy planning and delivery skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver presentation and training sessions.
  • Attention to detail and a customer care focus.
  • Self-Starter, highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Must have driving licence.
  • Must be fluent in English and German.
