The Digital Activation Manager will operate within the Digital Team in the Marketing Department, contributing to the development of the Digital Strategy for all Brands, being responsible for development, implementation and monitoring of various digital activities, such as campaign management, consumer acquisition, e-commerce activities for RRP and retention programs.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager who is passionate about Digital projects and trends and is constantly striving to develop relevant digital experiences for our target audiences combined with strong project management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Digital strategies and campaigns
  • Be responsible for development, implementation and measurement of digital marketing activities
  • Implementation and adaptation of global digital eco-system solutions according to market needs
  • The area of responsibility will cover different aspects of the business across different brands (e.g. Winston, Camel and Ploom)
  • Constantly monitor all relevant KPIs and derive correcting measures if necessary
  • Agency steering and accurate budget management
  • Create effective working relationships with all stakeholders across the market organization and headquarters

Your Profile:


  • University degree in Business/Economics, Marketing, IT or other related fields
  • Solid professional experience in marketing and digital solutions
  • Strong analytical and strategical thinking
  • Very good understanding of Digital Marketing and respective technologies, in-depth knowledge in E-commerce and consumer lead generation
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer goods / tobacco industry is a plus
  • Precise working approach with high demands in own work quality
  • Very good interpersonal skills, open minded, quick learner
  • Desire to contribute own ideas and attitude to implement projects successfully
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and German
