Our client is a global market-leading manufacturer and distributor of durable consumer goods. To further expand their success in the german market they're looking for a Marketing Manager DACH.
Responsibilities
Support the Managing Director Germany as a senior member of the European Leadership team,contributing to company strategy, goals and objective setting
Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and US-based teams and higher management togive feedback and secure what is needed to grow the business
Directly manage the Germany-based brand and marketing team
Oversee Brand Management, Marketing, Paid Media, PR and Creative Services.
Be the voice and main point of contact for the international Marketing departments for DACH
Set department objectives and develop team members’ objectives and personal developmentplans, with quarterly reviews
Inspire, motivate and nurture the team. Develop individuals tosucceed and progress within the business
Define and present Marketing, Brand and Retail strategies to be implemented across direct anddistributor-led territories
Your Profile
Relevant education in economics and/ or marketing
Experience in all Marketing topics (ATL/BTL, online/ offline,...)
Being a generalist rather than specialist
Required is a sound understanding of retail/ POS Marketing activities
Hands-on approach and strategic view
Strong leader and confident people manager
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Creative problem solver
Results driven with strong commercial acumen
Flexible attitude to an ever-evolving and growing business
Effective verbal and written communication skills – internal and external
Ability to influence, negotiate and make smart decisions
