Job description:

The position holder will perform the role of a Senior Consultant for the SAP systems in Europe, especially for the currently being implemented SAP S/4HANA platform in North Europe and Germany. This includes the application management support of the SAP systems as well as the contribution to and steering of medium and large initiatives. Nippon Gases is looking for a person with a strong functional SAP background and very good knowledge of at least two SAP ERP modules, preferably Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). Optionally, the person has had already experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or the SAP Business Technology Platform. The position holder will contribute approx. 50% of the time to the ongoing SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation project.

Job requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Optional: Possession of Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or other) or ITIL certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined IT and business work experience, specifically in SAP functional consultancy (in-house or external).
• Proficient knowledge in at least two SAP modules, preferably Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).
• Experience in Project Management and Service Management
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Fluent written and spoken German is essential.
• Knowledge of other European languages such as Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish would be highly valuable.
• Strong interpersonal skills
