  • Motivate, develop and lead our global digital marketing team
  • Be responsible for Fissler's key consumer platform (fissler.com) and our D2C online shop
  • Manage the global roll-out (strategy & technology) and supervise the local digital & ecommerce teams
  • Initiate, orchestrate and implement strategies and tactics to drive traffic and conversion
    (search, advertising, email, UX, UI, content etc.)  to support sustainable, product driven growth
  • Be responsible for the global strategy, management and control of the digital marketing channels
  • Ensure a differentiating, premium customer experience along the customer journey
  • Develop and implement a targeted marketing mix for global performance marketing campaigns
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of product and brand communication in line with the brand
  • Be sparring partner, enabler and advisor for the subsidiaries and markets with regard to the consistent implementation of the strategies, the provided infrastructure and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Select, manage and develop digital agency and service partners
  • Manage and control the global digital and performance marketing budget

Your Profile

  • Experienced in leading teams, agencies and other stakeholders
  • 5 years or more of professional experience in building successful digital platforms and performance marketing (ideally in durable and premium consumer goods)  
  • Experience in platform technology, campaign management and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical, data-driven approach to work and coordination skills
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Business fluent in English
  • Completed university studies with a focus on marketing, digital or a comparable qualification
