Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for our HR reporting and continuous development of our HR controlling instruments and processes
  • Create understanding and drive decisions with the global HR data and communication of HR insights
  • Provide ad-hoc and standard HR reports with clear narrative and analysis using Power BI and MS Excel
  • Shape the global reporting landscape through our KPI reporting and stakeholder related reporting solutions
  • Responsibility for our personnel cost planning and controlling as well as forecasting
  • Introduce suitable benchmarks for certain areas and related key figures and KPIs
  • Support strategic projects by owning global HR KPI products and ensuring high-quality data insights
  • Be the first contact person for People Business Partners, Controlling and Financial Accounting
  • Research in Compensation & Benefits as well as development and rollout of new compensation systems
  • Take ownership for processes such as salary increase and bonus, including budget tracking and (salary) benchmarking
  • Act as the interface in HR (with Payroll) for the annual financial statements and corresponding audits

 

Profile

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Human Resources.
  • You have at least 3 years of HR Controlling & People Analytics experience in an international growth enviroment.
  • You are enthusiastic about data and numbers and confident handling them from different sources.
  • You have an analytical mindset and you are able to develop hypotheses from business problems.
  • You are characterized by a hands-on mentality as well as a high degree of diligence.
  • You have strong project management, collaboration and communication skills, covering various stakeholders.
  • You enjoy taking responsibility for your remit and are results-driven, having our customers’ interests in mind.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • You have applicable knowledge in Power BI.
  • You are business fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
