To expand the existing eCommerce Team we are looking for a Specialist who will work closely with the Global eCommerce Manager Marketplaces on operational and strategic tasks to grow the digital business.

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Driving growth of Stokke’s marketplace business while having a detailed understanding of processes and mechanics of most relevant marketplaces worldwide with a focus on EU (Amazon, Otto) and APAC (Tmall, JD, Taobao)
  • Accelerate topline growth on global marketplaces further via operational and strategic initiatives. For that it is required being experienced in technical tools relevant for key marketplaces within EU and APAC, e.g. Amazon Seller Central (Amazon advertising, product listing or variation creation, A+ content or deal creation)
  • Execute marketplace-related projects in the area of operational excellence, data quality, marketing or supply chain management to help Stokke exceeding topline targets (project management)
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams to drive E-Commerce related initiatives, and communicate with internal and external parties (stakeholder management)
  • Tracking and reporting of actual marketplace performance and defining proper counteractions and recovery plans with local teams  
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an E-Commerce relevant field
  • Relevant experience +2 years in retail, operations, consulting and/or business management with a proven history of delivering results 
  • Experienced in the area E-Commerce and most popular marketplaces in EU and APAC like Amazon, Tmall or JD plus related marketplace tools and services (either from manufacturer or marketplace-side)
  • Understanding of E-Commerce related KPIs, ways of monitoring and reporting
  • Experienced in working with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment with a focus on EU and APAC
  • Demonstrated data-driven decision making, analytical capability and problem-solving oriented 
  • Know-how about the baby industry and industry developments plus shopping trends within relevant customer groups in EU and APAC
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail, comfortable with "hands-on” management and being deadline-driven
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in leading complex projects through multiple life cycles in the area of E-commerce (marketing, packaging etc.) and ability to estimate project cost and return on investment
  • Experience with client (manufacturer, agency, supplier) negotiations
  • Active management of advertising campaigns via Amazon Ads tool is a plus
  • SQL, HTML or Python optional
