Purpose

Country Manager (CM) is responsible for sales and marketing in his own country. The role shall work according to defined objectives of the company and ensure the turnover and profitability of the budget. CM is responsible for developing, implementing and following up sales strategy for their own geographic market.

As head of Wilfa's national organization, CM will serve as Wilfa's extended arm within his/her own organization and be loyal to the decisions and strategy of Wilfa centrally, as well as being a good ambassador for Wilfa in the local

Responsibilities

  • Results and budget responsibility for geographical market. Grant and follow up KPIs for their team
  • Personnel responsibility for the sales apparatus and other functions of its organization
  • Build your team locally and develop sales culture, in line with wilfa's strategy and values
  • Strategic and operational sales lead role for own team and market
  • Maintain the KAM function for selected key customers
  • Actively participate in negotiations and sales against key customers and other defined customers
  • Enable Wilfa's sales strategy to be implemented in the local market
  • In cooperation with Nordic Marketing, establish activities that help build Wilfa's brand in its geographical market
  • Have an active role in the Nordic sales team
