The German HQ is located in Eschborn (Frankfurt) and hosts the company-internal Graphic Design Service team, the European Marketing team and the Central European sales team.


As Customer Experience Manager (m/w/d) you will become part of a dynamic organization with a professional but also casual approach, flat hierarchies and short decision paths. You will be working out of Hartmann’s office in Eschborn in Germany (HO possible) interacting with the sales team, customers and production sites all over Europe. You will report directly to the European Supply Chain Director in Denmark.

  • Take ownership of the company’s interaction with customers in order to understand, describe, change and implement value adding working methods and processes as well as communication throughout the organisation.
  • Arrange and conduct customer meetings and visits together with sales in order to detect, understand and discuss customer needs and obvious areas of opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct reviews in order to get approval prior to the start of a new project.
  • Set up and manage different new projects in groups who can define, design and implement the new customer orientated processes in detail.
  • Manage internal trainings and workshops on-site for sales and marketing offices, productions sites and supply chain across the sales regions.
  • Set and evaluate KPIs, measuring success for each new project.


  • at least 5 years work experience in a client relationship, account, or project management role with a Bachelor’s Degree or similar.
  • Experience working cross-functionally as well as experience in training/adult learning training/adult learning.
  • Good understanding of process automation, strong IT knowledge including MS Office packages, and preferable experience in CRM/CX systems (Customer Relationship Management/ Experience).
  • Ability to build trusted relationships who can influence internal stakeholders to make solid and lasting changes.
  • Strong negotiations & presentation skills, convincing in your communication and a professional appearance.
  • Strategically thinking and structured working manner, highly self-motivated,dynamic, responsible and an open-minded approach.
  • Fluent in German and English is mandatory, French is an advantage.
  • Open to travel – 40-50 days per year.
